總體概述

項目建設地點位于福建省三明市三鋼廠區(qū)內。場地為三條主干道圍成的三角地帶，主入口位于北側，地下車庫出入口位于南側，西北側預留通向大數(shù)據(jù)中心的通道。建筑的地下一層為車庫；一層具體包含機房、網絡室、實驗室、配電室、消防控制兼安防監(jiān)控室、氣瓶間和電池室；二、三層為集控中心、會議室及維護室，每層均設置參觀走廊。其中一層IDC機房按B級機房標準進行設計。

The project is located within the Sangang plant in Sanming, Fujian Province.The site is triangular, bordered by three main roads. The main entrance is on the north side, while the basement parking entrance is on the south.The basement level is for parking, with an entrance on the south.The first floor includes a server room, network room,laboratory, power distribution room, fire control room, security monitoring room, gas cylinder room, and battery room.The second and third floors house the central control center, meeting rooms, and maintenance rooms, with viewing corridors on each floor.The first-floor IDC server room is designed to meet the standards of a Class B server room.

項目根據(jù)功能需要及管線綜合要求，本著統(tǒng)籌兼顧、經濟合理的原則進行設計。地下一層層高為5.5m，一層層高為6.3m，二層層高為7.3m，其中夾層層高為3.9m；三層層高為7.3m，其中夾層層高為3.7m。建筑入口有室內外高差處設置了無障礙坡道，坡度為1：12；在地下一層到三層的衛(wèi)生間均設置無障礙衛(wèi)生間；兩部電梯的其中一部兼無障礙電梯，滿足無障礙轎廂的要求。

Considering the functions and comprehensive requirements of the pipelines, the design adopts a balanced and economical approach. The basement floor height is 5.5 meters, the first floor is 6.3 meters, the second and third floors are 7.3 meters, and the mezzanine heights are 3.9 meters (second floor) and 3.7 meters (third floor).To ensure accessibility, ramps with a 1:12 slope are provided at locations where there are indoor-outdoor height differences, and accessible restrooms are available from the basement to the third floor. One of the two elevators is designed to be accessible, meeting the requirements for an accessible cabin.

建筑設計特點

本著因地制宜的原則，項目根據(jù)現(xiàn)有用地形狀和方位布置建筑，充分利用廠區(qū)內現(xiàn)有基礎設施條件，在節(jié)省投資的同時滿足集控中心建成后的基本運維條件。

The design is tailored to the shape and orientation of the available land, making full use of the existing infrastructure within the plant. It aims to save costs while meeting the operational requirements of the central control center.

一層選用了“人字形”鋼柱，這些人字型的舉升架寓意著企業(yè)更好的發(fā)展前景。整體建筑造型設計簡潔現(xiàn)代，充分體現(xiàn)建設單位的企業(yè)形象和特點。

Steel columns in an inverted V-shape are used on the first floor to symbolize unity and progress, reflecting the company’s commitment to greater achievements. The building’s design is simple and modern, emphasizing the corporate image and characteristics of the developer.

色彩是建筑語言的一種主要形式，除了空間與形體的對白，材質的語言也發(fā)揮出重要作用。本建筑外墻采用幕墻系統(tǒng)，建筑外觀表現(xiàn)出簡潔明快的特點，具有強烈的韻律感。

The facade features a curtain wall system, giving the building a clean, vibrant, and rhythmic appearance.

室內設計

室內部分空間基礎色調以白色調為主，明亮的白色令人耳目一新，具有科技感及時尚感，同時增加一些灰色調，突出自然、渾厚、嚴謹之特質。項目保留原建筑頂面，拓展出更大的視覺空間效果，利用BIM技術將各種管線合理布置，繁而不亂。4000K的照明防眩光布局使得大空間地面及工作臺無光斑無眩光，創(chuàng)造了良好的工作環(huán)境。

The primary color scheme is white, giving the space a fresh and high-tech feel. Grey tones are used to highlight a natural, robust, and rigorous character. The original ceiling is retained to create a larger visual space, and BIM technology is used to organize the complex piping system without clutter. Anti-glare lighting with 4000K brightness ensures a comfortable work environment free from shadows and glare.

集控中心大樓建成后，將顯著提升建筑周邊區(qū)域的環(huán)境景觀效果，使之與廠中心區(qū)域工業(yè)旅游博物館、三鋼閩光大數(shù)據(jù)中心共同成為三鋼新核心區(qū)域。這一核心區(qū)域將對社區(qū)和公眾群體的參與和融入起到積極作用，也將帶動新的高科技人才的就業(yè)需求，促進企業(yè)員工、社區(qū)和社會的發(fā)展。

Once completed, the central control building will significantly enhance the surrounding environment, complementing nearby facilities such as the industrial tourism museum and the Sangang Mingguang Big Data Center. It will foster community and public engagement and contribute to the development of high-tech employment opportunities, supporting corporate growth, community development, and broader social progress.?
