景觀理念以“溫潤如玉·琢玉花開”為核心，以玉石為靈感，演繹書香門第的意境，傳達出文化底蘊與高雅情致。玉石的雕琢被巧妙地轉化為生活中的藏品與藝術品，每一處景觀都如同精雕細琢的玉器，展現出精工藝術之美，打造出具有獨特氣質的住宅，為居住者提供了一個兼具自然、學府氛圍與精工品質的生活空間。
A thousand years of song rhyme flows, and the sound of water on the banks of Shangtang River sings softly. On the fertile soil of Santang, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, which is intertwined with prosperity and tranquility, Hangzhou Greentown Runlily came into being.
The landscape concept is centered on "Moistening like jade and blooming like jade", and inspired by jade, it deduces the artistic conception of scholarly family and conveys the cultural background and elegance. The carving of jade has been skillfully transformed into collections and works of art in life. Every landscape is like a finely carved jade, showing the beauty of seiko art and creating a house with unique temperament.
酒店式入口汲取奢牌酒店的精致禮序，以書卷為形，通過超級符號引導性鋪裝與透光楓丹白露石雕透光景墻，打造視覺焦點，打造光影交織的歸家畫卷。
The hotel-style entrance draws on the exquisite ceremony sequence of luxury hotels, takes the shape of a book scroll, and creates a visual focus through the guiding paving of super symbols and the transparent Fontainebleau stone carving.
視覺中心的羅漢松蒼翠挺拔，搭配古樸的石頭，與透光景墻形成虛實對比，詮釋“隱逸與輝煌”的平衡美學，通過框景的手法巧妙地將外界的城市喧囂隔絕開來。地面拼花鋪裝以盛開的百合為靈感，寓意生活如花般綻放，每一步都踏在美好的祝愿之上。
The Luohansong in the visual center is green and tall, with simple stones, which forms a contrast between reality and reality with the transparent wall, interprets the balanced aesthetics of "seclusion and brilliance", and skillfully isolates the outside city noise through the framing method.
入口兩株百年金桂對稱列植，暗喻“蟾宮折桂”，序廳疊山理水之景以鐵冬青點睛，池底采用寶格麗黑石材，彰顯出尊貴與靜謐，歸家即步入一幅人文雅韻的立體畫卷。
At the entrance, two hundred-year-old Jingui plants are symmetrically arranged, which is a metaphor for "themoon's laurel". The scenery of water management in the preface hall is topped with Tiedongqing, and the bottom of the pool is made of Bulgari black stone, which shows dignity and tranquility. When you return home, you will enter a three-dimensional picture of humanity and elegance.
泳池綜合體汲取英國藝術巨匠《百合花》之靈感，將寧靜雅致的度假氛圍融入日常家居，以鏡面水景延展視覺縱深，池底鋪裝采用漸變馬賽克拼花，模擬花瓣舒展形態。“太空艙”會客廳懸浮于水面之上，通過大面玻璃幕墻實現內外景觀滲透。
Inspired by the British artist Lily, the swimming pool complex integrates the quiet and elegant holiday atmosphere into daily homes, extends the visual depth with mirror water features, and the pool bottom pavement adopts gradient mosaic mosaic to simulate the petal stretching form.
泳池架空層的連接、汀步的特殊處理以及樹池坐凳采用的整石有弧角設計，都巧妙地融入了百合元素，進一步強化了整個空間的主題與氛圍。
The connection of the overhead floor of the swimming pool, the special treatment of the pavilion, and the design of the whole stone with an arc angle used in the tree pool stool all skillfully incorporate the lily element, further strengthening the theme and atmosphere of the whole space.
「書香百合」雅致亭嵌于水中，花瓣交織的藝術格柵，精致的玉石景墻，匠心獨運，精工雕琢。閑坐治談，愜賞百合泳池的波光粼粼，閱讀、休憩、社交皆成雅事。
The elegant pavilion of "Shuxiang Lily" is embedded in the water, with an artistic grille with intertwined petals and a delicate jade wall, which is ingenious and exquisitely carved.
周邊以香櫞、烏桕為骨干樹，搭配觀賞草與精致花境，構建四季流轉的生態界面。夜幕降臨時，嵌入式燈光系統點亮弧角整石樹池，光影斑駁如星河傾瀉，詮釋時間性景觀的深邃意境。
Citron and Sapium sebiferum are the backbone trees around, with ornamental grass and exquisite flower borders, to build an ecological interface of four seasons circulation. When night falls, the embedded lighting system lights up the whole stone tree pool with arc angle, and the light and shadow are mottled like a milky way, interpreting the profound artistic conception of the temporal landscape.
樣板庭院重在于營造靜謐與品質的氛圍，茶亭一側設有流水池塘，錦鯉在其中悠然游動，為整個空間增添了一份靈動與生機。
The model courtyard focuses on creating a quiet and quality atmosphere. There is a running pond on one side of the tea pavilion, in which koi fish swims leisurely, adding a agility and vitality to the whole space.
沙發卡座、BBQ、菜園和寵物區域等設施也一應俱全，滿足了業主戶外休閑、娛樂的各種需求。在這里，可以盡情享受與家人、朋友共度的美好時光，感受生活的精致與愜意。
