Kaimakli住宅改造

Anastasiou Misseri工作室對(duì)一棟建筑進(jìn)行了修復(fù)和擴(kuò)建，建筑位于塞浦路斯首都尼科西亞，最終改造成一棟住宅，因地處Kaimakli地區(qū)，所以命名為Kaimakli住宅。建筑設(shè)計(jì)有露臺(tái)，居民站在露臺(tái)之上可以看到周邊的地中海花園景觀。經(jīng)過設(shè)計(jì)師巧妙的設(shè)計(jì)修復(fù)后，原有建筑被改造成了新型住宅，滿足人們的現(xiàn)代生活需求。

設(shè)計(jì)師為了滿足現(xiàn)代居民的生活需求，對(duì)原有住宅進(jìn)行了全面改造，包括結(jié)構(gòu)、材料和建造技術(shù)等方面，設(shè)計(jì)師還對(duì)屋頂和木梁進(jìn)行了更新。項(xiàng)目整體改造完全遵循建筑原有的布局風(fēng)格，僅對(duì)門窗、結(jié)構(gòu)和表皮進(jìn)行了更新。

Anastasiou Misseri studio’s Kaimakli Residence project sees the restoration and extension of an abandoned listed building in Nicosia, Cyprus. Located in the area of Kaimakli, at the end of a row of single-story terraces that maintain large Mediterranean gardens at the rear of their plots, the structure transforms into a modern residence for the new owners.
The listed building underwent a comprehensive restoration, including structural repairs, stone restoration, and plaster replacement using traditional techniques, along with the complete renewal of the roof and wooden beams. The restoration remained faithful to the original design, with timber window frames reconstructed and handmade cement tiles replaced.

設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)建筑功能也進(jìn)行了更新，如緊鄰建筑主入口的功能房間被改造成餐廳，與之相鄰的房間改造成客廳和書房，建筑一層設(shè)計(jì)有廚房、儲(chǔ)藏間和客用衛(wèi)生間，二層設(shè)計(jì)成2間臥室和1間浴室，設(shè)計(jì)師將原有建筑和擴(kuò)建部分在材料和形式上做了區(qū)分，兩部分用連廊連接，并在場(chǎng)地內(nèi)形成了兩個(gè)內(nèi)庭院。擴(kuò)建部分采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，并將橫梁裸露在外，能夠加強(qiáng)建筑的空間感。

設(shè)計(jì)師為了將原有建筑與擴(kuò)建部分相互融合，在擴(kuò)建部分中融入了原有建筑的各種元素，包括水磨石地板、樓梯節(jié)點(diǎn)、浴室布局、色彩以及廚房布局等。建筑的四個(gè)立面均設(shè)計(jì)有大面積門窗洞口，可使得室內(nèi)外產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系，居民可以從主入口處觀望遠(yuǎn)處的花園景觀，視線一覽無余。這種設(shè)計(jì)可以使得各個(gè)空間之間產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系，并自然過渡下去，其空間也可與周圍景觀和光線產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系，將其變成住宅中的一部分。

The main entrance room was repurposed as a dining space, while the adjacent rooms were converted into a living room and study. An extension at the rear accommodates a spacious kitchen, utility room, and guest bathroom on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. A clear distinction between old and new was maintained in both form and materiality, with a corridor bridging the two volumes and creating two internal courtyards. Constructed with a steel frame, the extension features exposed beams that enhance the sense of space.
To create harmony between the historic structure and the addition, the design team integrated colors from the original building into the extension’s finishes, including terrazzo flooring, staircase details, bathroom features, and kitchen design. Large openings across four functional facades connect indoor and outdoor spaces, providing unobstructed views from the main entrance to the back garden. The design enhances spatial transitions, incorporating natural light and the surrounding landscape as integral elements of the home.
